The Blog’s the thing/ wherein we’ll catch … something or other. Latest Pokermagazine writer and blogger Jason Kirk’s bio.
Jason Kirk is a writer from Ashland City, TN. His varied work history includes stints at a bakery, a bowling ball factory, a law office, the IT department of a credit union, a government personnel office, a hospital medical records office, a university writing center, and a year doing home repairs for the elderly as a member of AmeriCorps.
Though his first loves are fiction and screenwriting, most of Jason’s writing these days revolves around poker. He maintains a poker blog, Catching the Antichrist, where he writes about his travels through the world of low-limit poker and occasionally live-blogs major tournaments while on assignment. He also writes poker articles daily for Blind Bet Poker. When he has the time to get to hockey games (or when they aren’t blacked out on local television), he also writes about the Nashville Predators NHL franchise at his hockey blog, Predators’ Den.
