JD, the host of this blog has been playing online poker since April 2003, and got drawn into the world of blogging in early '04. But he didn't truly get hooked until he listened to the host of the 'Love and Casino War' blog and downloaded the Syndirella newsreader. Since then he's spent as much time reading poker blogs as he has playing poker, and that's a lot of time. Although JD's tendency as a freelance writer and book editor is to over-analyze everything he writes, he succeeds in letting the poker musings and tales of low-limit thrills flow easily in this poker blog.
